Our Cleaning Promise

The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority at Schaffer’s Mill Endorsed Accommodations. As we’re committed to providing each guest a clean and safe vacation rental, our homes are thoroughly cleaned after each guest. As an additional precaution, we use hospital grade cleaning supplies and ensure we disinfect the highest touchpoints in each home. This includes, but is not limited to, remotes, counters, door knobs, appliance knobs, sinks, etc.

Reservations

  • Reservations may be made in person, by phone, by email, or online by booking here.
  • A credit card is required for all reservations.
  • Upon confirmation of your reservation, we require a down payment of 50% of the total amount of your stay.
  • The balance of your reservation is due the day of your arrival and your credit card will be charged the remaining amount.
  •  SMEA makes every effort to provide you with the most accurate information; please note that verbal misquotes on rental rates, house descriptions, or policies will not be honored.

Down Payment/Cancellations

Upon booking 50% of the total estimated balance is due (the down payment). Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will receive a refund of 50% of the down payment amount. Cancellations made from 30-60 days before the dates of stay will forfeit the entire down payment amount. Cancellations within 30 days of the of stay will be charged the full amount of the total stay.

These parameters are superseded by any governmental restrictions. Should any restrictions be put in place near your arrival date and cancellations or adjustments need to be made to your reservation because of these directives or any restrictions, we will work with you to figure out the best solution.

Check In

  • Your home will be available for check-in beginning at 4:00pm. When you arrive, you may go directly to the home. The key to the home will be in the lock box that is hanging on the door. We will send the lock box code and the front gate access code (24-hour access) to enter the property the evening prior to your arrival.

Check Out

  • Checkout is before 10:30am. Keys must be returned to the lockbox after you lock the door.
  • If you would like to request a late checkout time, please contact our team at vacations@schaffersmill.com in advance. Please note that this will be subject to availability and fees may apply. Late checkouts without prior arrangements may be charged for an additional day. If necessary, luggage storage is available at the Club.

Rental Unit Items Furnished

Every rental home is furnished with a starter coffee kit, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, kitchenware, appliances, light housekeeping products, bed linens, and towels. If you have specific questions about items included, please contact us at vacations@schaffersmill.com.
