You’ll fall in love with this gorgeous mountain lodge as soon as you walk in. The home is open, bright, warm, and inviting – perfect for families! As you walk up the stairs, you’ll enter the main living space where the living room opens up to the dining room and chef’s kitchen, which is fully-stocked with everything a home cook needs to whip up a delicious meal! There’s plenty of room for the whole family to gather around, indoors and out. Just off the living room is the upstairs patio complete with inviting furniture and an incredible woodsy view!

The four-bedroom, two-story home features two master suites (one upstairs and one downstairs), a bedroom upstairs with a set of bunk beds, and another bedroom downstairs with two twin-size beds.

Just off the downstairs master is a patio complete with private hot tub and fire pit. Enjoy the private hot tub on the downstairs back patio, and get a fire started in the fire pit. The home features natural gas heating to keep you warm in the winter, but there is no air conditioning. However, with the beautiful summer temperatures in Truckee, you won’t even miss it!

THINGS TO NOTE: This property does NOT have standard air conditioning, but is equipped with portable fans.

This home provides access to the golf course as an unaccompanied guest of the owner. Renters may play as many as six rounds for $195 per round.
