Luxurious Mountain Home

Heartwood Highview is a splendid 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath townhome that offers peace and privacy in a delightful corner of the Schaffer’s Mill gated community. Situated along golf tee box #3, the exquisite view of the mountains, and forest pines nestled amongst the golf course provides the perfect backdrop for an extended stay in the High Sierras.

As you enter the split-level home, floor-to-ceiling windows help to maximize the light. Here you’ll find a space that has been thoughtfully designed from top to bottom with such details as two Premier King Suites, and two additional bedrooms (queen bedroom and bunk room) equipped with smart tv’s, computer desks, luxury linens, and spa-like bathrooms. The open living area showcases a comfy sectional sofa with accent chairs, gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV with a gaming console. Doors leading out to a large deck with fireplace and grill, deliver expansive views of the fairway. The kitchen is outfitted with beautiful granite and tile, stainless steel appliances, Nespresso and Keurig coffee machines, plus a breakfast bar adjacent to the dining table.

After dinner, you can retreat to one of the four well-appointed bedrooms with cable TV and ensuite bathroom (special features include quartz double vanity sinks, large custom showers, and a Victorian soaking tub). On the lower level, both the Primary King Suite and Bunk Room provide guests with direct access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air and watch the sun set, perfect for entertaining or relaxing in your own outdoor space! Additional amenities include washer/dryer, large mudroom, 2 car garage with EV charger, peloton bike, and free highspeed Wi-Fi throughout the house.
