Luxurious Mountain Home

Unplug and get away from it all in this stunning, picture-perfect escape located on the first fairway of Schaffer’s Mill Golf Club. At approximately 4,000 square feet, this brand-new contemporary mountain home has it all! Located in one of the most desired areas of Schaffer’s Mill and just seven minutes from downtown Truckee and Northstar Ski Resort, this home embodies modern and rustic interior design with perfect balance and harmony. Guests take delight in the home’s beautifully appointed, multi-level living areas with separate sleeping and entertaining zones. The home includes three generously sized California King Suites with ensuite bathrooms, and a cozy sleeping alcove with twin beds. The Primary Suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a California king-sized bed, fireplace, and private ensuite bath. It includes access to an outdoor patio overlooking hole #1 where you can savor your morning coffee while taking in the awe-inspiring nature and golf views.

The home includes three generously sized primary ensuites with California king-sized beds and a cozy sleeping alcove with (2) twin beds.

In the upper east wing, a private entertainment/media flex room features a luxurious sleeper sofa and plush décor for chilly winter days and can also double as an impromptu sleeping space for overnight guests who long to linger. The media room also features a built-in wet bar, 65-inch plasma television and large, stunning bathroom with shower. The décor of the home is best described as ‘informal elegance’ and is highlighted with beautiful hardwood floors and designer furnishings and accoutrements.
